Damaged / Missing or Stolen Package(s):

If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance with your order and your package is Lost/Stolen/or Damaged, Please Click Here to be directed to Route to file a claim. Please note, If your package was stolen you must wait five (5) days after your package was marked delivered to file a claim. 

After you have filed a claim, it can take three (3) business days to resolve your claim. If your purchase is over $100, Route may require you to file a police report for your stolen package.
