Hawk Supplements ships all products either via the United State Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx both domestically and internationally. All shipments include a tracking number that is provided via email. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@hawksupplements.com
SHIPMENTS IN THE USA
Hawk Supplements is NOT responsible for missing or damaged items once the package is in the possession of the United States Postal Service or FedEx. If the item arrives damaged or is missing, we recommend you contact the United States Postal Service or FedEx to file a claim.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE USA
Hawk Supplements is NOT responsible for any packages that are held or seized by customs officials. Packages that are held, seized, or destroyed by customs officials will NOT receive a refund on the items that were purchased. Hawk Supplements is NOT responsible for any extra charges once the item arrives in the destination country. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the products that are purchased on www.HawkSupplements.com are allowed in the destination country.
